FlexBike Reaches a Major Milestone

We’re proud to announce that FlexBike has officially migrated from React.js to Next.js — a historic step for the platform and a major foundation for what comes next.

The new FlexBike.app is faster, smarter, and built for growth.

It now includes:

For Rental Customers:

  1. A great new search experience

For Partner Shops

  1. A sexy new booking website

  2. Cleaner URLs:

https://flexbike.app/YourCompany

make it easy to remember your booking link, each url can have a QR code as well.

Old booking links like

`https://flexbike.app/book-now/[shop-name]` or `https://flexbike.app/book-now/[shop-id]`

now automatically redirect to:

Example: [https://flexbike.app/bollu-garage](https://flexbike.app/bollu-garage)
  1. Backward Compatibility:

You can continue using your existing links if they’re embedded in other systems or workflows — they’ll still function normally.

  2. Booking Fees:

    • No booking fee applies when a rider books directly on your shop page (e.g. /bollu-garage).
    • A booking fee applies when bookings are made via broader discovery pages (e.g. /country/region/city).
    • Alternate variants of your partner page (e.g. promotional versions) will continue to include standard booking fees.

For Our Admins, and Coming Soon to bike shops:

  • A Bookings & Reconciliation Table Dashboard for tracking transactions and payouts.

This launch marks the start of a new era for FlexBike — faster technology, smarter tools, and a simpler experience for riders and shops alike.
